Cancellation policy.

Our appointments are reserved just for you!

We hope you understand how important it is for us to deliver the best services to all our clients. Therefore we have had to change the cancellation policy.

Please provide more than 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment.

If you cancel your booking within 48 hours before your booking then you will be charged 50% of your booking fee. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your booking time then you will be charged the full booking price. This will need to be paid before booking any services going forward.

We understand the world can be busy and things can happen unexpectedly, but this is our full time job and we can use the time to fit in all of our lovely clients.

Change of mind policy.

If you wish to tailor the services we have offered in your appointment. Please do let us know in advance.

Should you wish to change the details of your appointment and reduce the services you must do so inline with the cancellation policy.

Failure to do so will result in you being charged for the services you originally booked. e.g. if you are booked in for a full head of highlights & want to change it to a half head, or you are booked in for a colour service and you want to change it to a cut and blow etc.
